    • 15 minutes guests to be seated

    • Number of Sharing Models: 12 pax (female)
    • 2 sequence per model
    • Basic Shoes by models: Black Basic High Heels
  • Number of Outfits: 24
  • Make Up & Hair Do:
    • Hairdo options: natural straight / bun
    • Makeup options: natural / evening
  • Provided in backstage:
    • Sharing Makeup & Hairdo team
    • Railing Hangers (max. 4 units per designer)
    • Hangers (max. 48 units per designer)
    • Sharing steamer: 2 units
    • Sharing Iron: 2 units
    • Fitters: 2 pax per designer
  • Schedules:
    • Technical meeting 30 days prior to show date: 1 time
    • Models Fitting 7 days prior to show date: 1 time
    • Rehearsals 9 hours prior to show schedule:
      • Dry Rehearsal: 1 time -@20 minutes
      • Dress Rehearsal with music & lighting: 1 time @15 minutes
  • Designers to provide:
    • Look book of collections 14 days prior to show date
    • Makeup & Hairdo Mood board 14 days prior to show date
    • 100 units collections catalogue includes business contact, collections’ specification, pricing, and order form
    • Suitcases with wheels to transport collections
    • List of designers’ team a maximum of 4 pax per designer includes designer and three assistants
    • Collections (max. 24 outfits)
    • Shoes other than Basic Black Stiletto
    • Hair Accessories (if any)
    • 20 minutes ready show music with clearance document of rights for fashion show
    • Social Media promotion efforts to promote designer’s own show with tag to EFWI official IG account & #ecofashionweekindonesia and: 1 time per day x 14 days prior to and on show date

Workshop

IDR 100 Million per slot (net of tax)

  • Workshop Time of 90 minutes per slot:
    • 15 minutes guests to be seated
    • 75 minutes workshop time
    • 30 minutes clear area times between workshops
    • preparation time before workshop: max. 30 minutes
  • Schedules:
    • Technical meeting 30 days prior to workshop date: 1 time
  • Workshops presenters to provide:
    • Workshop module & Speakers profile includes business contact 14 days prior to workshop date
    • Workshop materials and handouts for participants (if any)
    • Goodie Bags/Souvenirs for workshop participants

  • Work with respect to transparency and fair trade
  • Doesn’t have any involvement as middlemen
  • Principally preserving culture
  • Educators who are closely connected with the preservation of nature and culture and fair trade
